Today I'd like to discuss what I think is a really good natural protocol for both myocarditis as well as autoimmune myocarditis,
What are some alternative things you can try and why you should try certain things now?
in the first place :
Is that we suffer from this inflammatory condition of the heart muscle which can then lead to fibrosis which can give you a whole list of additional problems from dizziness to shortness of breath, chest pain and inability to exercise. Chronic fatigue syndrome, arrhythmias and the list goes on and on and so on researching this topic I have found a good amount of research on several therapies that I want to discuss in order of what I think are important.
And the first treatment
It's called Japanese and it's not wheat okay this is an invasive weed that's all over the place but it has some really interesting properties number one it has resveratrol which we all know is an anti aging phytonutrient but it also has something else called imodin okay what this is is a natural chemical that reduces inflammation Also it is an antiviral and so this would be the first remedy that I would recommend and I would only take that once a day,
And now the most important thing to take up is:
A type of vitamin E that's not called tocopherols is called tocotrinos, and it's not just tocotrinos, it's tocotrienols, there are several different kinds so you want to get a mix in there's the alpha beta delta gamma without tocopherols now the question is why tucatrinos have some very interesting properties Which can help prevent fibrosis, so if you have inflammation in your heart muscle, the worst thing you can get is scar tissue, so that probably helps prevent this formation plus it has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, so the The combination of reducing inflammation as well as stopping the transition from inflammation to fibrosis is a really good thing
Intra-arterial tokatrins have been studied as well but in this case we want to act on the heart and the muscles. The problem with cardiomyocytes mixing tocotrinos with dicofural is that both will tend to compete with each other so we don't do that. We don't want to want just the tocotrinos without the dioferol because the tocotrinos are about 50 times more potent and when we're dealing with myocarditis we want to do all We can put out the fire and everything it says on the back of the first label I recommend three times is fine you can take it three times a day morning afternoon and night and if you can take it with a little food or a little oil it's fine like olive oil or olive oil Coconut, it will absorb it much better
And the third is vitamin D3
Why because vitamin D3 is the most powerful vitamin for inflammation it's not really even a vitamin it's like a natural hormone that has very strong anti-inflammatory properties and we're trying to get rid of that inflammation so vitamin D3 is essential and it's also really good for any kind of autoimmune disorder Also, I would recommend taking 10,000 IU twice a day so it would be 20,000 IU a day total, split it up just take the ten,000 IU I use in the morning and the ten,000 IU I use in the evening and so the vitamin D3 works kind of like cortisol but without the side effects because one of the therapies The medical for this is steroids because they are trying to get rid of the inflammation so by taking vitamin D3 you have a kind of steroid effect without the side effects,
The next remedy is called olive leaf extract
Sort of a strategy of having this bait and redirecting these antibodies to reduce inflammation or attack your tissues now, are there any scientific studies showing that this would work at all, not just my theory that it might help you. To try it out you really have nothing to lose and that might help now I also recommend not doing any great amount of exercise because there is damage to the heart and there is inflammation in the heart and you don't want to stir that up maybe a very light walk but nothing of any high intensity because we have a situation where he can't The heart should never rest, and it must always work while it is on fire
So we want to reduce inflammation and that's why you might also want to simultaneously do a healthy version of the ketogenic diet where you're eating really healthy foods that are naturally anti-inflammatory plus regular intermittent fasting so you don't snack, you don't do prolonged fasts or you Just regular intermittent fasting where you fast for a period of time, that alone will help reduce inflammation, so I think it's a really good protocol.
Either for myocarditis or autoimmune myocarditis now since we touched on tocotranos and the importance of Toco channels of the heart I think this next video will be the best video for you to watch check it out I put it here you're doing regular intermittent fasting where you fast for a while this alone will help In reducing inflammation so you have what I think is a really good protocol for either myocarditis or immune myocarditis now since we touched on tocotranos and the importance of Toco channels of the heart I think this next video will be the best video for you to watch check it out I put it here you're doing the fast Regular intermittent fasting is where you fast for a period of time, and that alone will help reduce inflammation.
